Rodney W Wilson, the Director of Elite Solicitors Ltd (ESL), boasts an impressive career in the legal profession spanning over three decades. As a trailblazer, he holds the distinction of being the first local black man to be admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court and a High Court Advocate. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, he has established himself as a highly experienced and capable Higher Court Advocate and Duty Solicitor, specialising in Criminal defence and Immigration law.

The Law Society, recognising his exceptional contributions in the field of Criminal law, has bestowed several accolades upon Rodney W Wilson. Notably, he was granted dispensation from the customary two-year training contract, a testament to his exceptional skills and aptitude. Furthermore, he received dispensation from the requirement to have been qualified for three years before being permitted to open a practice, highlighting his exceptional capabilities and dedication to his profession. Additionally, the Law Society has granted him the prestigious status of Higher Court Advocate by exemption, further solidifying his reputation as a legal expert.
Rodney W Wilson's expertise in Criminal defence law and Immigration law is widely acknowledged and respected within the legal community. With his expertise in the legal field, Rodney has served as a legal advisor to the Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Centre, offering valuable insights and assistance to those in need.
