Nina Baden-Semper

Her portrayal of the iconic character Barbie Reynolds in the popular 1970s sitcom Love Thy Neighbour, which was produced by Thames Television, catapulted her to fame and solidified her status as a talented actress. Baden-Semper has been honoured with prestigious awards such as the Joint Television Award and the Outstanding Female Personality award. In addition, she was featured on the ITV program This Is Your Life on 12 March 1975, showcasing her remarkable achievements and contributions.



Furthermore, Baden-Semper was recognised with the Scarlet Ibis Award by the Trinidad & Tobago High Commission in London for her exceptional and meritorious service. This award serves as a testament to her dedication and commitment to making a positive impact in her community and beyond.
